Nordic Capital aquire ACF portfolio company, BMLL

We’re very pleased to share that a company in our portfolio BMLL, the leading provider of harmonised historical order book data and analytics for the capital markets, has been acquired by Nordic Capital, one of the world’s leading private equity firms.

This marks a successful exit for ACF and will enable the next stage in BMLL’s growth, providing long-term backing to accelerate innovation and global expansion.

We first invested in BMLL in 2016, attracted by the exceptional technology and a vision for growth that we have seen play out over the past decade.

The partnership with Nordic Capital will help the team build on that success, expanding coverage, deepening capabilities and strengthening partnerships across the capital markets ecosystem.
